Our website’s delivery orders are categorized into two groups:

• In-Person Local Delivery: All products, including refrigerated items, within a 25-35 km radius of downtown Montreal.
• Extended Delivery by Courier Service: Non-refrigerated items to other regions in Montreal, across Quebec, Canada, and the United States.

The first category covers a range of postal codes in Montreal within approximately a 25-35 km radius from downtown. These postal codes are organized into 10 carrier zones, and the names of these zones, along with the minimum purchase amounts and shipping costs for each zone, are listed at the end of this page.

• To easily determine which zone your postal code falls into, press Control + F on your browser or the search function on your mobile device and look up the first two letters and one digit of your postal code. If your postal code is within one of the 10 defined zones, it will be highlighted.

• If your postal code does not fall into any of the 10 defined zones, it means you are in an area where the second delivery method, via courier service, will apply.

• For orders where the postal code falls into the second group, the shipping cost is determined based on the type and quantity of products in the order and the destination postal code. This determination is made after the customer has signed up on the website to inform the system of the delivery destination and has also filled the shopping cart with the requested items.

  The good news is that the shipping cost displayed by the system for these orders may not be final and can be reviewed by our team. In some cases, we can adjust this amount in your favor. Therefore, it is best to contact us via chat, email, or text after signing up and completing your shopping cart.

• The classification of postal codes into the 10 zones, as well as the minimum purchase amounts and shipping costs, are not permanent and may be subject to change over time. These changes will not affect orders placed prior to the changes.

• Despite the postal code classification outlined above, there may be alternative arrangements based on mutual agreement between the customer and our service.
