2. Shopping Cart & Product Availability
Browse through our product categories and add items to your cart. If any item is out of stock and you still need to get a real-time quantity, feel free to contact us with your inquiry.

3. Checkout & Payment
After finalizing your cart, proceed to checkout. For credit card payments, the shipping address must match the billing address to avoid additional verification.

4. Order Confirmation
Upon successful payment, you will receive an automatic confirmation email detailing your payment and order information.
5. Delivery Scheduling
Shortly after, you will receive an email with the delivery schedule. If your order is a local in-person delivery one, we kindly ask that you confirm the schedule or inform us if the time doesn’t suit your availability.
6. Order Modifications
Before your order is picked up, you can modify it by contacting us. Whether you'd like to add or remove items, we are flexible and happy to assist. Our shopper may also reach out while fulfilling the order if they have any questions or suggestions for replacements.
7. Order Pickup Notification
When your order is being picked up, we will notify you via email.
8. Order Shipment & Tracking
Once your order is fully packed and ready to go, we will send you a notification. If the order is being shipped outside Montreal or the province, you will receive a tracking number from Canada Post.
9. Order Delivery Confirmation
Whether delivered locally in person or via Canada Post, you will receive a final email notifying you that your order has been successfully delivered.
