1. Is my area covered by the VIP Delivery Pass?

The VIP Pass currently applies to select Montreal delivery areas. Please note that Laval-1 and Laval-2 carriers are currently not covered by this program. We recommend checking your postal code against our Delivery Zones List before purchasing.

2. What if my postal code is not on the list?

If your area isn’t covered yet, don't worry! We are constantly expanding. Please Contact Us with your postal code, and we may be able to update our delivery list to include your neighborhood.

3. When does my Free Shipping start?

Immediately! Your free shipping benefit begins with the very same order that includes the VIP Pass.

4. What is the minimum order amount for my first purchase?

To activate the pass on your initial order, the minimum checkout amounts are as follows:

• 6-Month VIP Pass: $25 (Pass price) + $50 (Minimum purchase) = $75 Total
• 3-Month VIP Pass: $15 (Pass price) + $50 (Minimum purchase) = $65 Total

5. Can I choose a different duration for the Pass?

Yes! We offer two flexible options to suit your needs:

6. Will I be notified before my VIP Pass expires?

Yes! To ensure you don't miss out on your benefits, we will send you an email notification one week before your pass expires. This gives you plenty of time to renew your membership and keep enjoying unlimited free delivery.
